Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Life happens and things come up unexpectedly for everyone! However, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When an appointment is canceled last-minute or missed, it leaves an opening that often can’t be filled, which impacts my business and prevents other clients from booking.
If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations without sufficient notice (24 hours) will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
For appointments that are missed entirely without notice (no-shows), a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply.
